- Morning Routine: Days kick off with nutritious breakfast deliveries, followed by either a strength and conditioning session to build physical resilience or a recovery session designed to prime the athletes for the day ahead.
- Academic Pursuits: Post-morning workouts, players dive into academic endeavors, attending classes that sharpen their minds and expand their horizons, facilitated by our partner schools (high school, college and gap year programs offered).
- Specialized Training: Post-class, the players engage in position-specific training sessions. These small-group workouts allow for personalized coaching, ensuring technical and tactical improvements.
